We promote forest school activities led by highly skilled and competent practitioners. We encourage the use of natural materials and resources, adopting green practices throughout the organisation, each setting is encouraged and supported to grow their own produce, recycle, and to experience the natural world all year round, outdoor learning forms a huge part of the curriculum and staff are actively encouraged to develop their own methods of engaging with all children to ensure inclusion is key.

Ethical

As an organisation which puts children before profit we aim to be inclusive and sustainable, both environmentally and financially. We seek excellence, honesty and integrity in all aspects of our work. Policies and procedures are in place to support staff, children and families, we actively promote external agencies which support families and the wider communities and have a charity of the year. All settings take an active part in raising awareness, funding and support for local and national charities and events.
