Hello I’m Tazmin, I am proud to be a trainer for The Buttons Training Academy. Over my 19 year career I have been lucky enough to work in many different roles across the sector giving me a broad range of experiences. I have a real passion for sharing my knowledge and skills. I currently train in all aspects of first aid and pride myself in making training both informative and interactive. I look forward to welcoming you to one of our training courses soon.

Lauren Phillips

Hi, my name is Lauren. I am the Safeguarding and Marketing Lead for our Early Years organisation, Buttons Preschools. After working there for just under a year, I was given the opportunity to take on a further challenge and become a trainer. I am now qualified to teach First Aid and look forward to welcoming many learners who wish to gain the knowledge and skills they need to administer First Aid.

Lisa Emerton

Hi, my name is Lisa. I am the operations manager for Buttons Preschools. I have been fortunate enough to have been given this fantastic opportunity to be a trainer in an industry that I have had extensive experience. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience, and welcoming you all to the Buttons Training Academy.

Trisha Harris

Hi, my name is Trisha. I am the Executive Assistant for Buttons as well as a qualified First Aid Trainer. I am extremely passionate about training and ensuring all staff are trained and supported in such a way that meets their own individual needs. I have managed and delivered training in the care sector for the last 18 years.

Nicki Adams

Hi, my name is Nicki. I have worked in the Early Years industry for 18 years and I have a wealth of knowledge that I am keen to share. First Aid is an integral part of any industry so I look forward to training people across many sectors.
